Good Afternoon Rockets! This is your Friday update from the Main Office!

• FCCLA will be having a fundraising event at Victorias on Sunday May 31st. 

• HOSA’s last meeting for the year is on Tuesday, May 26th after school in room 5-203.  There will be a fun movie, snacks, and games! 

• Seniors, If you want to make sure that your name is pronounced correctly for the graduation ceremony, please stop in and see Mrs. Vasquez in room 3-111.

• The Mayo, John Marshall, and Century High School varsity robotics team, Inconceivable Robotics, had a successful trip to the MSHSL State Tournament last weekend. This incredible achievement caps off a phenomenal season for the team, who not only qualified for the World Championship but also took home the prestigious Dunwoody Award for design innovation. Congratulations to all the students and mentors on a great season of innovation and hard work!

Good Afternoon Rockets! This is your Tuesday update from the Main Office!

• On Wednesday, May 20th, the WIN room is moving to room 3-105, the CCRC, for the day.  

• On Thursday, May 21 the Art Department is hosting their annual art show in the Rocket Center.  Stop in during the day to look at your fellow Rockets works of art.  Or stop by Thursday evening  from 5:30-7:30 PM 

• The following clubs and activities will end by this Thursday May 21st. If your club is not listed, please check with your club advisor regarding the date of your final meeting.

• Homework Help — last day is Thursday

• Ham Radio

• Writing Club

• JM Pride

• La Familia Club

• The last day for eSports and K-Pop Clubs will be next Tuesday, May 26.

• The Asian Student Association will meet in Mr. Piehl's room (2-204) after school today. This will be our final meeting of the school year. Please come by to celebrate and help us plan ideas for next year. 

• Hey Rockets- It's finally time to pick up your yearbook! That's right- this Friday, May 22nd is Yearbook Distribution Day. Students who have purchased a yearbook will receive their pick up ticket on Wednesday during their 7th hour. Students are required to bring both their ticket and a photo ID to the gym concessions 7th hour in order to obtain their book.Then everyone is invited down during 8th hour for our signing event. Remember, no ticket or no photo ID, no book. Questions? See Ms. Welsh in 3-109. 

• Seniors, remember, tomorrow is the Senior Walk. All seniors join in on the fun. Be outside the Main Entrance at 8:45 tomorrow morning in your cap & gown. Buses are first come, first serve and will be labeled with which schools they will be going to.

• All FCCLA students going to nationals we will have a meeting on Wednesday to discuss further plans and to practice your projects. Please be there so you all know what is going on with Nationals.
