Good Afternoon Rockets! This is your Friday update from the Main Office!
Spring Sports Registration will start next Monday, February 16th through the 26th. You will need a sports physical on file to register. Spring sports include Track and Field, Softball, Baseball, Golf, Boys Tennis, Lacrosse, Boys Volleyball and Adapted Co-Ed Softball. Any questions - ask Dakota in the Activities office.
2nd Semester AP Students: The long weekend is a good time to register and pay for your 2nd Semester AP exams. The deadline is Thursday, February 19.
Congratulations to JM Radio Club President, Lugman Khamis, on passing his FCC Amateur Radio Technician License test last night!
He demonstrated knowledge on radio safety, skills, electronics, antennas and protocols.

Good Afternoon Rockets! This is your Thursday update from the Main Office!

Attention Ceramics Students:
If you were enrolled in Ceramics 1 or Ceramics 2 during the first
semester, please visit the ceramics hallway to collect any projects
you left behind. Projects not picked up by the end of the week will be
recycled. Make sure to check for and take home any pieces you created.
There will be no Drill team practice today after school. Please make sure you get your regular ride home and we will see you Monday.
FCCLA Members and interested new members. We will be having a social gathering today after school, come and join us in room 2-203
Busing information for after school today
Bus 67 will be picking up the bus 15 students between 3:50 and 4:00.

Crochet Club has been canceled today.
JM PRIDE will meet today after school. We will meet in Ms. Oxley's room 3-211.
Wise men say "it's not too late to buy your singing Valentine"! For just $5, Northern Lights will sing to your friends, crush or favorite teacher. Valentines will be delivered this Friday 1st - 3rd hours. To order yours - look for the posters in the hall, stop by the choir room or find a member of Northern Lights.

JM’s Black Student Union will be hosting their annual “Tour of Africa” filled with cultural cuisine from backgrounds in Africa. It will be during 4th, 5th and 6th hour lunch this Wednesday, February 11th. Entry cost will be $3 to help raise funds for the club. Hope to see you there!

February's Rocket Boost is being held tomorrow during all 3 lunches. Come on down and write a sweet note on a Valentine, or even decorate your own, and get a sweet treat!
JM Speech took first place this weekend at Kasson. There were multiple champions including Bhavya Yerriboyina in Storytelling, Claranna Ostman in Prose, DeShawn Hairston in both Poetry and POI, Eleanor Sievers in Creative Expression, and Justice Friedt and Tyler Pardeik in Duo Interpretation.
