Good Afternoon Rockets! This is your Friday update from the Main Office!
Rockets! This coming Monday, November 24th, there will be an early kick off to raise money for JM Gives! Terra Loco Running Shoe Store will be hosting their $5 5K. This is a competition between Mayo, Century and JM. Whoever can get the most people to attend and raise the most money will receive a bonus to their charity! Bring your friends and family along!
Just bring $5 per person and run or walk a 5K! The 5K will begin around 5:30pm. Around 6:45pm, there will be prize drawings and the school winner will be announced! Wear your school spirit, previous JM Gives gear or your ugly sweaters and let's go win!

Don’t forget to come out and support Theatre JM this weekend. The Lightning Thief: A Percy Jackson musical is tonight and tomorrow at 7:00 and Sunday at 2:00 PM.

La Familia Latina - Spanish club will meet today and every Thursday after school (3:30 to 5:00) at Señora Herbeck's class room 3-G20.

Hello JM rockets! As the cold chill rocks our school, our season of giving approaches! It's time to do a fall cleanout of your closets and direct those clothes to the Rochester Community Initiative Landing Drive! Our drive has been going this week at multiple locations in rochester and here as well . Find the donation box at the main lobby by the JM Gives Merch table. Tomorrow is the last day!We hope you can donate clothes to those most in need!
Seniors- Yearbook needs your senior photos! Currently, we only have 121 out of a class of 374! Deadline is next Tuesday, November 25th and photos can be uploaded directly through Jostens. See Ms. Welsh for details in room 3-109.

The season of giving is here! Red Cross Club is partnering with the community room on Friday and next Monday and Tuesday for a food drive! Rockets, if you have any non-perishable foods like canned food or dry pasta, bring them on Friday! There will be food donation bins in the lobby, the office, door 9 and in Mrs. May's room. Everything is appreciated.
The Red Cross Club will be meeting today after school, and we will be setting up for our local food drive.
Don’t forget to pre-order your JM Gives Merch this week. Student Council will be in the Main Lobby during periods 4, 5 and 6 taking orders. $30 for a hoodie and $15 for a T-Shirt. Don’t miss out! The pre-sale ends on Friday.

If you are attending the Musical preview 8th hour today, you may head straight to the auditorium after 7th hour. Don’t forget you must give your ticket to the ticket takers at the door. Remember to be respectful to the actors and remain quiet during their performance.

Rockets, on Wednesday during 8th hour Theatre JM will present a preview for the musical The Lightning Thief: A Percy Jackson Musical. If you want to watch it, you can buy a ticket for $2.00 cash only during your lunch period by the cafeteria. You must have a ticket to watch the preview.
