Good Afternoon Rockets! This is your Friday update from the Main Office.
JM Speech will have an informational meeting on Wednesday, November 13th from 3:40-4:10 in Ms. Sagstuen's room, 3G22. Come learn about all the different categories from acting to public speaking to see which is right for you! Everyone is welcome!
Rockets, remember buses will leave JM at 3:45 everyday. Please get out front and get on your bus right away after school.
Are you interested in reciting Poetry? Poetry Out Loud is a national arts education program for high school students who want to immerse themselves in the art of poetry recitation. Rochester Community Ed offers a free preparation course for the Poetry Out Loud competition. If you are interested, look for the posters around the building.
Hey Rockets, are you looking for opportunities to improve your speed, strength, and power? Get ready to take your game to the next level, and join Winter SAQ. Registration is open now, training sessions start on Monday November 11th. Sessions will be provided before and after school. Keep your eye out for flyers or find Coach Stanek, Coach Fisher, or Coach Riggott if you have any questions.
Rockets, on Wednesday, November 13th the Strive College Fair will be in the gym from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Please register for a barcode before the fair using the QR code on the poster by the Main Office. During the fair, colleges will scan your barcode to send you more information about their schools. The day after the fair, you will receive a report with information on the colleges with whom you scanned. There will be over 40 colleges and universities here, so register now and visit the fair on Wednesday.

Just a reminder that the blood drive is tomorrow. If you have an appointment, remember to bring your completed paperwork, signed by a parent or guardian, along with your ID to the bloodmobile which will be parked outside the main door.
Crochet club will be meeting today after school in 3-G07. Come join us.
Sister Saves Sister will meet today after school in room 3-109.
If you had your picture taken on Picture retake day and ordered photos, please stop in the Main office to pick up your picture order.

Good Afternoon Rockets, this is your Monday update from the Main Office.
Rockets, starting on Wednesday buses will leave JM at 3:45 everyday. Please get out front and get on your bus right away after school.
There will be a Boys Basketball meeting on Wednesday, November 6th at 6:45pm in the gym. The meeting should last 5-10 minutes.
If you filled out the parking pass form, please come to the Main Office to pick up your pass. We are starting to check cars for current parking passes, so please get your new pass as soon as possible.
Rockets if you plan to attend the movie in the auditorium this hour but have a test in your 8th period class. Please plan to attend your period 8 class, so you don’t miss the test.
Remember there is no school tomorrow. We will see you on Wednesday.
