Last Sunday, the J M Esports team made Rochester Public School's first appearance at the State Esports Tournament. The JM e-sports team is now shifting gears to recruit for the Rocket League State Championship. If you are interested, stop by room 3-G08 or reach out to Coach Baker.

FCCLA members, we will be having a meeting on Tuesday January 23rd in room 2-203! We will be discussing items for our 2nd semester plan including officers for next year, banquet, state and nationals. Please be there. We need each member to be involved in planning.

Good afternoon Rockets! This is your Tuesday update from the Main Office.
Dunwoody College of Technology will be visiting JM tomorrow at 9:00 in the CCRC room 3-105. If you are interested in attending this visit get a pass in room 3-105.
This past weekend, John Marshall Debate argued their way to the final round at the MSHSL State Debate tournament in Congressional Debate. Senior Aaron Ress finished his five year career with a 4th place finish, beating out other competitors from Eagan, Eastview, both Lakeville high schools, and both Bloomington high schools. Additionally, our debate coach Claire Sagstuen was nominated for Minnesota Debate Coach of the Year. Great work, JM Debate! Go, Fight, Speak!
We want to congratulate our basketball and hockey teams on their victories over the weekend.
Last Thursday our girls basketball team defeated Winona 56-47.
Our boys hockey team beat Hastings 4-2.
On Saturday, our boys basketball team defeated Faribault 71-53.
Our girls basketball team beat Faribault 67-44.
Girls Hockey beat Winona 3-0. And our boys Hockey team beat Mayo 5-0.
Big wins these past few days! Way to go Rockets!
