Congratulations to Basmalla Hussein, Ana Milosevic, William Yan, and Erik Hill (not pictured) who recently competed in the MN State Econ Challenge at the University of Minnesota. After online testing, scenario analysis, and a quiz bowl, they brought home hardware, finishing 4th in the state's most competitive division. This is the highest any Southern Minnesota team has ever placed in the history of the competition.
You can tell by the picture, their futures are bright. Congratulations Panthers!

Look at these amazing Apparel and Design Class creations. Mr Olson says of them, "To say these students met my expectations would be a big old lie. They definitely exceeded them! I am so proud to put their work on display, and I hope they are too. Not only did they create the gowns, but they designed croquis, told me how they used the elements and principles of fashion design, and marketed a name for them. The classroom was so fun when they were making them!"
