2025 AP Exam Schedule
Students who have registered to take Advanced Placement exams will be receiving emails about their exam date/s, room assignment/s and general information this week to prepare for the AP exams which begin May 5, 2025. The exam schedule is included below. (I sent these emails at 4:15 p.m. on April 28, 2025.)
Students should check their emails and read them for the next three weeks. The College Board has already sent them an email with the 2025 AP Exam Terms and Conditions. The 2025 AP® Exam Terms and Conditions are available to review here.
This agreement details the rules and policies students must follow related to taking the 2025 AP Exams. It also explains what to bring to the exam/s and what not to bring.
Reminder for Students: Sign In to Bluebook before your first exam!
*You want to make sure that it is updated.
*Know your College Board passwords.
*Make sure all of your AP Exams are listed on the Bluebook homepage.
*On exam day, when students sign in to Bluebook, the exam will be updated with a button to begin check-in.
*Waiting to do this until exam day will delay your ability to start the exam on time.
Students should arrive prepared for their exams by 7:30 a.m. for morning exams and by 11:30 a.m. for afternoon exams. Late students will not be admitted into the test room and will not be allowed to take the exam at that time.
Come with a fully charged JM Chromebook, cords, and mouse if you choose to use one. If you are not currently using a JM Chromebook, you need to notify Gina Kolas in the main office that you will need one for your exam/s. Reserve your Chromebook this week. She has a limited number available.
**Please Note: It is College Board policy that all students must stay until the end of the exam time even if the student has completed the exam. If you have an athletic event, job, or appointment scheduled, please be aware that most afternoon exams will not be done until 3:45 - 4:00. Inform your coaches, bosses, doctors. Plan accordingly.
If you are taking an afternoon exam, you will be dismissed at 11 a.m. so you can eat lunch before the exam. Please report to your exam room by 11:30 a.m.
If you are taking a morning exam and have 4th hour lunch, you will be excused from the first part of 5th hour to eat lunch.
If you are taking two exams in one day, plan ahead. Bring lunch and/or snacks with you so you have something to eat during breaks.
Students should bring the following:
*A fully charged JM Chromebook, cords, and mouse if your choose to use one.
*2 sharpened #2 pencils with erasers for multiple choice questions. NO mechanical pencils.
*2 pens with black or blue ink for free response questions.
*A watch, optional
*Up to 2 calculators with the necessary capabilities if taking an AP Biology, Calculus, Physics, or Statistics exam. See apstudents.org/courses to find your course and the specific calculator policy.
*Students may bring a covered water bottle and snacks into the test room to have for break.
Students should NOT bring the following to the exam room:
*Cell phones are not allowed in test rooms. Electronic equipment of any kind including smart watches or wearable technology of any kind, Bluetooth devices, portable listening or recording devices, cameras or other photographic equipment, devices that access the internet, separate timers of any type, and any other electronic or communication devices are NOT allowed.

AP students will receive a pop up menu when they log on to MyAP, or for seniors, AP Classroom.
