About the JM Booster Club
The John Marshall Rockets Booster Club raises funds through concession stand sales at sporting events as well as from selling JM-branded merchandise in the Rocket Shop. Profits from those two enterprises are used to fund student clubs, activities and teams.

JM Booster Club Meetings
For the 2024-2025 school year, the John Marshall Booster Club will meet the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00 pm in Room 3-210 at John Marshall High School. Please reach out to Kelly Luedtke, Booster Club President, at 507-272-5010 with any questions. Thank You.

John Marshall Booster Club Roles and Responsibilities
Board Positions: All positions require a 2 year commitment and must attend 75% of the meetings in a school year
President - Draft the agenda and run regular meetings, maintain contact with JM staff and booster club members and volunteers, communicate updates to web page manager.
Vice President - Assist the president with outreach to staff. Fill in for president when necessary. Move into the president role when current president resigns.
Treasurer - Document all financial activity of the club. Organize reports of financial status to the Board, handle tax filings, distribute funds to clubs and organizations, pay bills to vendors.
Secretary - Maintain club's documents and meeting minutes, book meeting space with office staff, send communication to parents via office staff newsletter and announcements.
Booster Club Operations
Spirit Wear Manager - Maintain inventory for the Rocket Shop. Consult with students and staff on new items to offer. Sell merchandise in the Rocket Shop and at select sporting and school events.
Concessions Manager - Maintain inventory for concessions stands, which includes ordering beverages delivered by vendor, ordering pizza for events and purchasing supplies used in the concession stands.
